It’s just amazing how I usually get caught with beautiful, melodious music. They seem to control the course of my emotion especially while I’m writing. The mood of what I write sometimes is affected by the kind of music I listen to. Like for example if I’m listening to a very sad song and I want to write something in light, happy mood, I’m sure not to make good work.
When I’m in a very "sentimental" mood I could compare it with a very still water. But then once exposed to loud music it’s like a pebble has been dropped to it ruining the stillness and turning it into turbulence.
Music has great influence to the way I feel. I also think that in order for me to write more effectively I’ve got to listen to what music is appropriate at the moment. It helps me squeeze out my underlying emotion thus making my writing come from the heart.
